Clean, well maintained hotel with a comfortable atmosphere.

My room had an uncomfortable bed and thin pillows , made sleep quite hard. There was also a lack of in-room amenities like a kettle or complimentary drinks, and the shower gel's scent was quite off-putting. The noise from outside made it difficult to relax peacefully inside my room.

I was moved from my room as a result of failure of A/c to a room which also had no A/C.This was repaired on the second day of my visit.

The building is very good and the rooms are beautifully decorated and air conditioned with a free drink and a single bed plus clean bathroom.

Loved the fast wifi and proximity to local eats.

Centrally located, close to subway, bus stop. Very helpful front desk folks.

Location not that great - ~20 minutes walk from the Ramblas

I've seen better, but worse too

Located in a perfect area with easy access to the metro and airport bus stop. The staff was friendly and cute.

Soundproofing needs improvement as I often heard outside noise and neighboring rooms. The bed was uncomfortable, detracting from my rest.

The restaurant here was good with different cuisines, we both ordered amazing dishes. Very clean bed and pillows, there where an electronic key card, a work desk and a satellite TV available. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was great. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, near a subway station.

That the noise of the metro could be heard in the room, as it seems to run directly below the hotel.

Great stay in a fab spot!

Location's super convenient, close to a bunch of cool places. The staff were super friendly and made us laugh. The breakfast had a nice spread, and I loved the bar area for evening chill time. Just wish the mattress had more support, it was a bit too soft for my liking.

The hotel is ideally situated near Plaza España. There's also a lovely pedestrian area close by for walking and enjoying gelato. The staff were friendly and offered a complimentary drink upon arrival, a nice touch.

The mattresses in the rooms could use replacing soon.

I had a great time during my stay! The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had outstanding water pressure. My only small issue was that the room felt a bit smaller than the photos suggested, but overall, I would definitely return.
